Lobster Ravioli

All right. If I run into a new product at Costco that is tasty, delicious, and all natural I grab it. There are plenty of aisles I won’t even walk down. But this time they got my attention. Lobster Ravioli. And the round ravioli actually contained chunks of lobster. They have a descernible lobster flavor and a nice overall look. The red and white stripes are a bit unnerving at first, but I’ve been assured the coloring is all natural. I simmered them carefully so they wouldn’t break open and drizzed them with a light garlic cream sauce. Served with steamed broccoli. Really nice. Be careful of what plate you put them on, as the colors are so intense. Plain white or cream colored plates work best for this dinner.
